1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Khalifara ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") at khalifara.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Platform.

2. About Khalifara

Khalifara is a free-to-play social casino platform designed purely for entertainment. We provide virtual slot and casino-style games that use exclusively virtual KHF credits. Khalifara is not a gambling operator and does not offer real-money gaming of any kind.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use Khalifara.

4. KHF Credits — Virtual Currency

All gameplay on Khalifara uses KHF credits, a virtual currency with the following properties:

• KHF credits cannot be transferred between users
• KHF credits are for entertainment and display purposes only
• We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove KHF credits at any time

5. Royal Drop Bonus

The Royal Drop is a timed virtual bonus feature that awards KHF credits to players. The Royal Drop:

• Is entirely virtual and has no real-money equivalent
• Is subject to availability and may change or be removed at any time
• Is awarded based on a random selection mechanism
• Cannot be converted to real money or transferred

6. Permitted Use

You may use Khalifara solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any Platform software
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Misrepresent your age or identity

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Khalifara, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and game elements, is owned by or licensed to Khalifara and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Khalifara is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khalifara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10. Responsible Gambling

Although Khalifara is a social casino (no real money), we remain committed to responsible play. If you develop habits that affect your wellbeing in relation to any gaming activity, we encourage you to seek help via GamCare or BeGambleAware.
